How to Be Healthy Wealthy and Wise
True Wealth Is More Than Your Bank Account:
If your investments are growing and your bank account is ballooning, is your stomach doing the same?
The objective in life is to be wealthy in all aspects of your life. If your bank account is huge, but your health is terrible, you are not wealthy. The correct description would be that you are partly successful.
If your definition of wealth is only what is sitting on the bottom line, perhaps it is time to ‘take stock’ of what is sitting on your waistline.
Enjoying life is not eating and drinking what you want when you want it. It is a balanced mindset that includes nutrition, self-control, making healthy food choices, and occasionally splurging on that special wine or meal.
Do you work during lunch hour? Do you eat fast food at your desk? Or meaty, deli sandwiches during a working lunch in the conference room? Do you take clients to lunch and encourage them to order steaks and wine or martinis? And you do the same?
Just because you have an expense account and a credit card, it doesn’t mean you could not also have a salad with salmon or other fish, steamed veggies, and coffee or tea. And fruit.
How Health and Wealth Correlate
If you think of yourself as young and have plenty of time to get this right, consider how “health decisions throughout life could cause a chain reaction affecting financial outcomes, and vice versa.”
The earlier you start, the better. You have a better chance of living a longer life with less impact from serious diseases and debilitating illnesses. A longer life full of energy and wisdom means you have a better chance of accumulating wealth.
Because you present a healthy body and mindset to the world, you are more apt to be promoted, to be considered for upper management roles, and/or to stretch out and start your own company.
Just open your healthy arms to the universe that offers you a multitude of healthy food choices every day!
Making good health care decisions earlier in our working years may lead to lower health care expenses and a more consistent employment experience, which could result in more financial resources to meet goals and, ultimately, the ability to enjoy greater longevity and financial security in retirement.
Financially speaking, proactive planning may reduce some of life’s money stressors that could lead to poor health outcomes.
A Message From the Stars
While you're working on focusing on your wealth and health, consider consulting the stars. The stars, and more importantly, your Moon Sign and Moon Phase, help guide you down the path of abundance and success.
They influence your passions, strengths, weaknesses, and your potential for wealth, love, and prosperity.

Watch the Junk!
According to experts, “70% of the wealthy eat less than 300 junk food calories per day. But, on the other hand, 97% of poor people eat more than 300 junk food calories daily.”
This is quite startling! If you are on a mission in life to manifest wealth, you must maintain your health. It follows then that you must consume healthy food for your brain to function at its highest capacity. You also need energy, and you need to feel well.
Thus, to manifest wealth and health, you have to be able to process information at a high rate of speed. You should be able to think clearly and concisely when asked to present a paper or a new idea to the company. When making investment decisions, it is crucial to be on top of your game to invest wisely.
