You have heard this advice before. Many times. But you can’t seem to get there. Maybe it sounds outlandish! After all, you can’t just walk off the job and go home and be an artist or a writer if you don’t have plenty of savings to sustain you for a long time!

There are bills to pay! Obligations to the company, to the family, to your debts!

But did you know that the fastest way to true success is actually what Buffett said: Do what you really want to do in life, what you love to do, to be successful.

Passion Is a Golden Ticket to Attracting Wealth and Success!

Passion is the engine that makes you tick and motivates you to seek new ways, new solutions, new pathways, and to problem-solve and create a finished product!

Another quote from Warren Buffet sums up the necessity of passion in your work: “Just as employees should do what they love, entrepreneurs must also create businesses around what they love doing. When things are difficult and times are hard, it takes passion and love to keep going.”

When your life takes some dips and turns, “when things are difficult and times are hard,” what allows you to move ahead is your passion about what you are doing, your willingness to continue, and your desire to see your creations and ideas manifest that will guarantee success.

The simple fact is that the odds are against you being successful if you don’t have passion about your life.

True passion is affection, excitement, dedication, joy, devotion, spirit, zeal, and fervor. In other words, it is how you feel about your work, how you spend time at your work, and how you feel about your life in general.

The Opposite of Passion

The opposite of passion is feeling stuck in a dead-end job. But if you are depressed that you can’t find another job that meets your desires and your paycheck needs, there is a fantastic way to turn this around.

Without passion, which is tied directly to doing what you love, there is less chance of success in your endeavors. This holds true in every aspect of your life, but probably none more than in your career.

Your career is where you spend most of your time, both mentally and physically.

Doing what you love makes you a more well-rounded personality and allows you the creative freedom to manifest wealth and health in your life and in your relationships.

People who are doing what they love, as Buffett said, have a better chance of success in living a more satisfying life overall.

How to Start to Love What You’re Doing

Start part-time after work and on weekends doing what you love and watch your part-time efforts turn into manifesting a full-time career with unlimited income!

It doesn’t matter what it is. Art, dancing, writing, inventing, sales, internet technology, mechanics, investing, gardening, bird watching, traveling, science, flying, meditating, retail, wholesale, and a million and one other avocations or vocations.

Only you know what is in your heart and your heart’s desire.

Only You Can:

Make one small decision today to live what you love, love what you live
Start where you are
Write down your ideas
Make a list of pros and cons
Reach a conclusion

Act: (as an example to be an artist)

Buy art supplies
Set aside a little time in the evenings and on weekends
Set a goal of one small painting a week, or whatever is reasonable
Frame your art
Hang it in your home or office
Do this weekly

Search for opportunities to:

Hang your art outside of your home or workplace

in galleries, coffee shops, bookstores, the corner grocery

Set a modest price tag on your art
Be ready to be excited when it sells!
Do more art
Be alert to possibilities to be a full-time artist

Determine What Success Looks Like for You
