Brainwave It to Manifest It
The Connection Between Brainwaves and Manifestation
We want to manifest what we want: success, health, money, creativity, love, and career fulfillment. Understanding your brainwaves are the answer.
Neuroscience is helping thousands of people understand the connection between the various brainwaves in the neural system and our daily lives. The nexus between your consciousness, your brain, and living your life to the fullest is the difference between living in need or the manifestation of success.
There are up to 8 major brainwaves. One of the most important to manifest wealth and happiness is the theta brainwave.
These are the theta brainwave aspects according to NeuroHealth:
The Theta brainwave is seen in connection with creativity, intuition, daydreaming, and fantasizing and is a repository for memories, emotions, and sensations. Theta waves are strong during internal focus, meditation, prayer, and spiritual awareness. It reflects the state between wakefulness and sleep and relates to the subconscious mind.

But the brain does not work on its own. It operates according to your consciousness. If your consciousness were not the master of your ship, or if you left your body, then the brain dies. So how does your consciousness affect your brainwaves? And how does your brainwave make you feel?
You want to manifest in the physical world, not just in imagination.
How do you work with theta brainwaves? As noted above, they are strongest during internal focus. Meditation and prayer are ways to access the subconscious mind and work with theta waves.
Meditation to Access Theta Waves for Manifestation
Below is a quick meditation for you to practice getting into a theta wave state. Because this is a calm state, make sure you are doing this in a relaxed environment where you do not need to focus on external things like driving.
Step 1: Use a Strong Internal Focus
Begin with sitting in a quiet place, and close your eyes. Focus at the third eye center, the point between the eyebrows. Focusing here and quieting the mind and the body, allows the theta waves to become prominent in the brain. This focus is laying the foundation for the next steps.
Step 2: Meditation, Prayer, Spiritual Awareness
The purpose of meditation is to access a higher state of consciousness. In our daily lives, our brains and minds are constantly at work, and overworking, to make decisions, to create, to maintain households. The mind and the brain need breaks. There is more to consciousness than just managing the day-to-day work, and through meditation, we access higher states of consciousness such as intuition, peace and harmony, problem-solving, and the inflow of information needed to manifest whatever we desire in life.
Step 3: Accessing the Subconscious Mind
The subconscious mind is your storehouse, and is a powerhouse. While theta waves are prominent in the meditative state, give commands to your subconscious mind to manifest whatever you desire.
- I give a command to my subconscious mind to manifest in my life (a specific sum of money) in a healthy, gracious manner, that benefits me and my family, and all people.
- I give a command to my subconscious mind to manifest complete health in my body and to reflect back to me perfect health from head to toe.
- I give a command to my subconscious mind to reflect back to me complete mental health in cognition, memory, acuity, and decision-making.
Understanding the various brainwave activities in your brain is the key to manifesting the desires of your life. Practice this meditation frequently along with other affirmations and manifestation techniques to achieve your goals.
